Dawn / Dusk calculation of the scheduler

I'm just wondering how the scheduler calculates dusk time? It seems a bit later than I expected.
My sunset time (local time) today was 20:31 but the scheduler was saying twilight ends 22:36.
It seems a bit off to me. I had a look at an online calculator and it said twilight ends 21:06

My machine's timezone is IST (Irish Summer Time) Which is UTC+1

Dusk is really "Astronomical Twilight". It's not sunset or nautical twilight (21:06). I just checked Wunderground and 22:36 is the correct value.
