Question about "Load & slew" FOV alignment across multiple sessions

I need a hint how to compare the FOV of an existing FITS file with the current FOV of the solver output.
I have to rotate the FOV manually between multiple sessions and whenever I use the "load & slew" feature the loaded FOV gets visible for some seconds until the solver shows the current FOV (even when I select 'do nothing'). I haven't found a way to display both FOVs (from FITS and current solver) so that I can gradually change the rotation as needed.
Thanky for any hint or idea!

Cheers from Germany,
Gino

I always seem to have enough time while the real image is taken/downloaded to make a mental note of the rotation I am trying to match. If your system is much faster than mine, maybe just tell it to take a 5 or 10 second exposure, just that once. Then go back to your normal setting while you use "Do Nothing" to adjust the rotation.

Old school, I suppose, but you can always take a screenshot!
