Dithering with Two Cameras

Hi,
Thought I put this question out there for collective suggestions.
My plan which I mentioned in a separate thread regarding using multiple DSLR and instance of EKOS+KStars was to:
"….run dithering with more delay between subs to allow the first instance of EKOS+KStars to do it's dithering thing and then by the time it's done the second "slave" instance should be firing in time to allow capture without any dithering movements (since that has been accomplished by the first instance of EKOS+KStars). Hope that makes sense."
But looking at it more closely, any time delay (set between subs or arising from the dithering) eventually leads to both instances out of sync.
It seems the only way to achieve this using EKOS is to keep the first instance running as usual and manually setting off a single sub for the second instance to make sure they are synchronized.
Can anyone make any suggestions on how I can go about:
1. Synchronizing the two instances and cameras via INDI server perhaps?
2. Leaning some coding so I can contribute to the community with this feature?
3. Convincing someone with some skills to bring this feature to EKOS+KStars.
Best wishes,
Will.

Hi All,
Any ideas??

I'm really eager to get Kstar supporting two cameras/CCDs. And especially eager to go down route highlighted in 2).

Best wishes,
Will.
