Bi-monthly release with minor bug fixes and improvements

KStars 2.9.8 stopped counting exposure progress

I upgraded KStars to 2.9.8 and noted that my progress counter remains at zero even though the actual images are being captured and saved. Right now I have 9 of 20 images saved yet the progress still shows zero. This is on the CCD window and in the Setup window. I have never had this happen before. Strange!

I see this reported multiple times, but I don't understand the reason yet. This is puzzling!

Can you see if this problems exists on nightly? I think 2.9.8 included scheduler changes that might have inadvertently caused a regression in capture module.

I will check that later today Jasem.

Also, I noticed that this may happen only after an exposure is aborted by the guiding tolerance.
I was having a bad evening with a storm coming in, and the wind gusts made my guiding very poor, with the tolerance being exceeded every other exposure. Thus these exposures kept aborting, and each time the counter reset to zero. This is an easy test (just touch the scope during the exposure) but I did not do that test last night.

I think it is the same issue that's been reported here:

I believe this issue is resolved in KStars nightly, please try to verify this before I investigate further.

It is fixed in the main CCD module, but not in the first summary module. In that module, the image counter no longer works at all. But the first image timer is working, and the final project counter (that shows progress of all job sequences) is working. The middle one that shows that number of images captured does not.
