how do you get the latest version of indi lib to the ekos on mac os and on the stellar mate ???

For StellarMate, it should be in the "Software Updater". For Mac, you'd have to wait until KStars v3.0.0 release for MacOS.

Package could not be installed on ARM64.

There are dependencies that can not be satisfied for the following packages:
 indi-full: Dependence: indi-ssag However, it can not be installed
             Dependence: indi-altaircam But I can not install it
E: I can not solve the problem. There is a broken change prohibition package.

sudo apt --fix-broken install
