I already modified the instructions in the HOWTO: Building Latest INDI and Ekos . At any rate, you need to do this:
$ sudo apt-add-repository ppa:kubuntu-ci/unstable-daily
$ sudo apt-get update

Hi,

It seem that this PPA (ppa:kubuntu-ci/unstable-daily) no longer support the utopic series.
So the only way to run kstars-bleeding without an headache is to install kubuntu 15.04 or to use the Ekos VM 1.2
Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon using PPA for latest KStars-bleeding and INDI
Raspberry Pi 3 B+ with StellarMate
Atik 314E - ASI120M - CG5 with Celestron C9.25
