[SOLVED] parameter not saved

parameter not saved was created by Alfred

In the CCD tab the parameter "guiding deviation" always comes up at "0.50" (Build: 2019-08-26T15:10:15Z). I have to change that to 2.0 time and time again. Also the ticks at "duration" and "TS" disappear on every startup. Shouldn't these settings be saved and auto restored on the next launch?

The "duration" and "TS" (and in my case "filter" as well) are unticked for me every time as well. I agree that it would be great if they can be persisted over different sessions.

Maybe we could make these boxes ticked the default setting?

Same problem, different explanations:
  1. guiding deviation: that's a bug, the value is stored, but it is initialized with the autofocus HFR value (copy paste error).
  2. check marks for filter, duration and time stamp: they are not stored currently.
As a work around: store the entire capture session and reload it from file. Then all parameters are set appropriately.

Thanks for the suggestion Wolfgang. I can verify that this works since I have done this before. I’ll do that until the state of the check boxes is persisted.

OK folks, issue is solved. If you are willing to compile from sources, you can obtain it already.

Thanks very much! Currently I am in the South of France and we are swamped with thunderstorms so I’ll wait for this to become available in the nightly builds.
