scheduler: if delay is set capture waits forever

Hi everyone
In between captures and after the dither if a delay is set, the next capture does not start. This only happened once in this session but manual intervention was required to restart the sequence.

Sorry, can't nail it further than that but it was on the first job, m67. I removed the delay and the job then ran to completion.

What OS implementation are you using?

As of last night, that did not happen on Ubuntu MATE 18.04. I had 3 s delays scheduled for each capture (in the capture module) plus 1 s settle in the guide module and I had no such problem.

No. It doesn't happen after each frame.
Maybe one every 10 sessions for me. I thought it would be ok to report though.
