I want give EKOS another try but it fails configuring PHD. May I made something wrong?
I am running KStars Bleeding and made a new profile with the profile editor. First issue, if I select
PHD2 it does not fill the TCP/IP port with the tcp port. I had to fill it manally. Pressing save.
A recall of the profile shows that I will not be saved. EKOS does not show the Guiding tab.
For guiding to work and a guide tab to show, you need to choose a guide camera and a telescope. In your screen capture you have only an imaging camera selected.
many thanks for your reply. I could not believe it, that I had to add a camera which is native connected to PHD and not used by INDI at all. But you're right.
Now it works.
Hi
You have no mount selected.
If you are using a native phd2 driver, you do not need specify a guide camera but you must specify a mount.

In my particular small setup (lab), I do not have a mount connected. I use "on camera" in PHD and a autoguiding cable to send autoguiding commands to the mount.
