negative seconds on Telescope Coordinates

negative seconds on Telescope Coordinates was created by David Allmon

This is something I've seen for a while. On the solver tab, when the DEC is near 00:00:00 and goes negative a few seconds, the value shows a leading "-", but so do the seconds:



It doesn't break anything. Everything still works - it just looks funny.
