FITS Viewer and star ADU

Once the image is captured I would like to measure the star ADU to set the CCD exposure time. This is needed to avoid saturated star for the exoplanet measurements. In fact when the image is displayed in the FITS Viewer, I can read the X,Y coordinates of mouse pointer and other info in the bottom bar, but it is missing the pixel values. How Can I extract this star value ?
Thanks

I see the pixel value (at least on the simulator) just to the left of the X,Y value on the bottom line.
Are you not seeing that? Can you send a screen shot with you mousing over the image?
Also, BTW, I added a feature (currently just in the nightly releases) to show which pixels are clipped
by toggling control-L (that's lower-case L) or clicking the red circle in the line of icons above the image.

I apologise for this mistake. The ADU value appears. The AR-Dec info are missing when I load the image from disk, but this is another matter ( it should be plate solved)
