Ekos stop working after OSX update to Catalina 10.15.7

I had Kstars/Ekos on OSX Catalina working ok so far, but tonight when I started Ekos, no profile was shown in the setup window of Ekos. All my configurations were lost.
I tried to create the configuration again, but it don't save. I hit the save button, but no entry appears in the dropdown list.

The only change I had done recently was an OSX update. So, I suspect this update cancelled the access of Ekos to the directory where the configuration was saved.

So, I was unable to use my observatory now. :(

Any help will be welcome.

That could just be a corrupted database file.

The KStars data is located in ~/Library/Application Support/kstars
The KStars preferences rc file is located in ~/Library/Preferences/kstarsrc

A good way to try to fix it would be to rename one or both of these as a backup and then run KStars and when it regenerates the files, see if it fixes the problem. If it does, you can try to copy back any info from your backup file(s) and if not, you can delete the new files and restore the backup.

The file ~/Library/Application Support/kstars/userbd.sqlite was the offending one.
