I have an issue with the Ekos focuser, it picks the guidecam as default and not the imaging camera. This is a problem when the scheduler is running, it takes pictures with the guidecam and not the imaging camera.
It will try to change focus, but for no purpose, this leaves the focus on the imaging camera in an out of focus state.
Any sugesstions how to fix this?

I do not have a solution, but I experienced a similar issue the other night (unfortunately, no log). PHD2 crashed, and after that, Ekos used my guide cam for imaging, (while staying well on the target!), so I ended up with 2 hours of worthless images of the correct target, taken with the guidecam....

It seems Ekos automatically switched and preferred the guidecam, for some reason?
