I now have Ekos being found but the port handling has been altered in some fundamental way, I am no longer seeing ttyACM0 or ttyAMA0, just some long string /dev/serial/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxetc
I have enabled auto search but it still does not work.
I finally found that I can manually enter the actual port as /dev/ACMA1, but don't understan what has changed.
Is this a Raspberry Pi OS change or something to do with INDI?
Choose the correct one from your list in indi (if you have multiple serial devices, you wil have a combo list), save your device settings and that's ok.
I have no more connection problems with my serial devices since it was implemented.
It seems to be sorted, I have manually added the new link and saved the configuration.
The main problem was I was not expecting it and it defaulted to the wrong link, and the scan did not work.
