New nFocus & nStep drivers

New nFocus & nStep drivers was created by Jasem Mutlaq

Hello everyone. I decided to write the nFocus & nStep drivers from scratch to fix some of the issues reported from users. I also wrote the documentation for the two drivers.

The driver should appear tomorrow in INDI nightly.
