First, the FOV is not being calculated under Solution Coordinates in the astrometry tab.
Second, when I slew with my bluetooth joystick, EQmod fails to re engage tracking.
[Edit] Regarding 2nd issue. I just found if I use the Mount Control arrows it will re-engage tracking, and subsequent use of the joystick will astwell. However if I park/unpark, I the joystick will again fail to re-engage if I don't use the Mount Controls again first.

1. This is a feature, not a bug. The FOV is calculated after first solve.
2. How to reproduce this? Unpark --> Engage Tracking --> Then use Joystick? then it stops?

Ok I did not realize the FOV calculator was changed

To reproduce the joystick/tracking here are the steps I've noticed with odd behaviour.
TL;DR of it is, there are times when the tracking should re-engage, but isn't, and other times is should not engage, but is. Only correct behavior occurs if the Mount Controller is used prior to joystick. I have the latest 2.9.5 installed.
