Was having trouble with Kstars. Noted that there was a newer version available so deleted old version and downloaded and installed latest Kstars. Everything seemed to be OK, but when I started the program the splash screen came up, and then it quit suddenly. Tried several times. Any ideas? I attach a text file of the failure log. Any help appreciated.

THanks

Thanks for your message, Rogue. Can you send me the entire path name? I cannot find that folder on my Macintosh HD or anywhere else! Thanks

Hello Jack,

easiest way to open up library is with the finder. If you open up the "GoTo" menu (I hope it is called that way in English, I have the German version here, should be left to the menu window though) and you then hold the option key pressed you get a new menu entry called library. Open that one and you are already in the library folder.

Cheers

Amin
