Hmmm, looks like a satellite but because there is 3 strikes and 2 flashes in one of the strikes it's probably a plane, but the "flashes" could be stars ?? I would use SAOImage DS9 and compare to a reference image from DSS to be sure what the "flashes" are.
Just guessing.. :)

I would say that is an airplane. the 3 streaks are the 3 different lights, the two on the wingtips and maybe one on the front. One is brighter than the other because it is the color of your exposure and thus the others are dim since they are being filtered out.

You just need the aircraft removal filter on your telescope. . .
