There are hundreds of camera options for astrophotography. No one can really answer your question because there are so many variables involved, and you’ve provided no context.

I recommend doing some homework: read the forums (here, cloudy nights, astronomyforum, etc) or get a beginner’s guide book for AP to get a better understanding of this hobby. It will help you figure out what general type of equipment you’ll need, and your questions on “what’s the best gear" will be more specific and relevant to what you are trying to do.

There are LOADS of cameras that meet those criteria. Can you be more specific? Are you looking for a One Shot Color (OSC) camera or monochrome? Does the camera need to be cooled? What lens or telescope do you plan to use? What "software or support tools" do you mean? Only INDI or as well Ekos? Other software?

Sorry, your question simply is too generic.
