I just updated my Raspbian setup with the script and the issue with PHD2 not compiling the additional drivers remained. So I deleted the old build folders and ran the script once more. That time it worked out. So all we need in the script is a little house cleaning before recompiling it.

Qhy camera seems cannot connect now via Astropi3 script in raspbian OS. Anyone having this issue as well?

EKos now has the option to use sextractor. I propose adding it to the installation script.

Can't even install phd2 and phdlogviewer from the script.

Are there any developments towards installing Sextractor?

I will work on that today. I should have time. Sounds like a good idea

I will need to test it out tomorrow on some pis before I push through the changes.

I just checked on several of my pi's. They seem to have sextractor installed already. I looked into it and it seems that sextractor was most likely installed when astrometry was installed. Was that not true on your system?

Just type "which sextractor" in a terminal on the pi and you will see if it is installed. If not, we could add it, but I think it is installed already.
