It is virtual driver implementing server side batch imaging. You can configure it to use particular ccd and filter wheel, capture series of imagers to local drive and download them later. Peter

Are you planning to add a new function for automatic transfer of RAW images or/and their previews to computer with installed INDI client?

It is actually not necessary, even if CCD driver in batch mode is controlled by Imager driver, you can connect CCD driver from your client and receive raw images as soon as they are captured if you want. Image previews, maybe in JPEG format and automatically stretched, is an interesting idea. Peter

Yes, of course.
On the other hand, the image JPEG previews will be useful for Android INDI cliens, like IPARCOS www.indilib.org/about/news/146-iparcos-a...client-for-indi.html
