Running 3.3.9 tonight on my Mac laptop to a RPi4 running INDI server.

The new preview looks great on the main summary window, but it's really messed up for the plate solve and focus modules. I have to seriously increase the number of seconds of each frame for any stars to show up or the auto focus routine can't find the stars. The previews for them are mostly black, very difficult for the software to pick up anything. The options for auto stretch seems to be gone? or am I missing something.

I'm using a ZWO ASI071 camera tonight. Not sure what's going on, as it's never done this before.

Nevermind, I figured it out. The camera drivers somehow reset to 8bit. I've been imaging all night with 8bit images.

Have a look at the xml files in the .indi directory in your home folder. Make sure to edit all of them (including the ones named default) and set the 8bit value to 16bit (sorry, doing this from the top of my head without the possibility to check on my imaging computer). That will prevent this from happening.
