I've defined a region as a test, and while dragging the globe, I've noticed something interesting.
Take a look at my screen recording, you'll see it. Not sure if this is a bug in the rendering or else.

I have not done any more debugging nor research into this. I believe that the issue lies with the red area being projected in the foreground instead of going behind as it should when you spin the globe.

This is due to the horizon being displayed as a sphere. This is indeed bugged, but doesn't appear in some projections. I've got interaction with the horizon in my list for the scheduler, but not that rendering issue, so feel free to issue a PR!
