Sorry Radek, but despite the apearences, this is a Fedora 31 under Gnome, with some Mojave theme mimicking an Apple desktop ... All pure Linux :)
In fact, I've been fostering penguins since the very beginning, for almost thirty years now. :)

Oh, that look was misleading :-D
I run only linux since the 90s. So to be specific I don't see this bug on Debian flavors, including Ubuntu. I left alone redhat and later fedora many years ago ;-)

Coming from ATT unices, I started with an SLS distro, (on disks 1.44 !) quickly followed by what was, I believe, the first CDROM distro, a fall 1993 Yggdrasil :)
Both ancestors of the Debian lineage. Then I switched to RedHat (5.3) in 96 or 97. Oh and I also had a Coherent Unix before Linux, in 90 or 91. Still have the book of that one :)
A Big brick :)

So much for fruits and butterflies :))

Jasem, we definitively got a big problem here!
This display bug persists and is - even worse - correlated with the non- responsivity of the subsequent buttons!!

While trying to adapt" indi-duino* for a roof controller I asserted this defective behaviour of the following buttons (see following screen shot). I could state this bug in all the drivers I have access to!!!

It is more than strange, that in debug mode sometimes it is possible to access these buttons: Normally you can see a fast flicker of the fields filled with a bigger font, but then the display bug reappears immediately. Sometimes you even have the fields in normal size while debugging!!

I tried both the stable and the newest nightly build.

I hope you can fix this horrible bug soon!

The latest nightly build I get is 2020-02-29T22:26:40Z (Ubuntu Xenial 16.04).

The driver info is now readable (does not look really good) but the subsequent buttons still do not react.

I'm running 18.04 LTS. Wonder if that could make a difference.

BTW, I had the display bug before the latest nightly.

What a pity! kstars-bleeding - 6:3.4.2+202003151308~ubuntu16.04.1 didn't build (see launchpad ).

Is Jasem aware of this?

Anyway I'll give 18.04 a try.

Thanks for reporting this. Qt 5.5 on Ubuntu 16.04. I'll see what I can do.
