EKOS Profile Editor Issue with Delete (-) Button was created by Gilles Gagnon

From what I encountered yesterday, be careful when you want to edit an EKOS profile not to hit the "-" (profile delete) button instead of the Edit button as, even if you answer no to the "Are you sure you want to delete the profile?", it will delete the profile you intended to edit. This seems to happen only to the first profile for which you inadvertedly hit the "-" button. Afterward (once you lost you precious profile to be edited) answering "no" works as it should (doesn't delete further profiles). This happened on the latest stable as well as nightly build.

Whoever pushes a fix for this *has* to adjust the relevant kstars_ui_tests item test in order to avoid regressions.
