Hi!

Recently, I've begun to have some error messages in relation to my Atik 383L+ CCD camera: Cooling info inquiry failure. THe camera alse seems to temporary stop working, or at least communication with camera stopping. Anyone recognize this or have any idea what it is? Log attached.

I also get this error sometime with my Atik314.
In all case this is because of power or USB cable failure. The error is about cooling only because this value is checked frequently by the driver but any other function with the camera fail until you reconnect the camera and restart the driver.
I have no more this issue since I use a good quality and short USB cable to the hub on the telescope itself. Only once because of a power line failure.

Hi!

Seems you were perfectly right! I exchanged the USB-cable and now it works.
