Problem is that users are NOT notified about this. I can't find a way to display a message to the user "Please wait until the message is moderated". There is no feedback at all from the forum about this.

We can handle this in a way:
- Add this info to a welcome message a user receives after sign up
- Make a sticky post with house rules
