Ser video codec/settings? #62448

Hi!

I've tried filming Mars with Ekos, and saving the movie as a ser-file. However, I have problems processing it. See attached image which is what I get when opening the movie in PIPP. There must be something wrong with settings or codecs here. What is the relevant settings for these ser movies?

Looks like same issue as in this topic www.indilib.org/forum/ccds-dslrs/3833-ca....html?start=36#62386

using ROI and 16bit broke down things.

Right. Though ROI is working for me, but 16bit depth is not and I still haven't figured out why. The images look fine when streaming, but they appear wrong in SER player. Right now I'm thinking it could be some endianess issue with the 16bit but I didn't investigate that yet.
