AZ GOTO Mount with Skywatcher Synscan USB Dongle does not work under Linux

Hi,
At the moment I have a "standard" RS232 to USB adapter from LogiLink with a Profilic PL2303 chipset connected to my mount and it works as it should.
Now I bought the Skywatcher Synscan USB dongle to replace the "bulky" LogiLink USB adapter with the new one. The dongle will be recognized by the operating system and a new ttyUSB0 device will be created. It uses the same Profilic PL2303 chipset as the LogiLink adapter but I can't connect to the mount.
I've tried all baud rates, including autoscan as direct mode. It always ends with a "Timeout Error".
I am a native Linux User but i have tested the Dongle with Windows and the Skywatcher SynScan Pro App. Everything works fine under Windows but under Linux not, as described above.
Has anyone else gotten the Skywatcher Synscan USB dongle to work? Does anyone have a helpful hint for me?
Regards Martin

This is a bug since 1.9.4. .. .. (Many reports have been raised.)

A person with whom I interacted on the blog created a modified file.

github.com/Nekomeshi/indi_skywatcherAltAzMount

It should probably be reflected in 1.9.7.
