Greetings!

I have Meade LX850 mount in which I was trying to control with Kstars using INDI library LX200 GPS and I also tried LX200 Autostar. It was able to connect, however it gives me the following error:

Error setting site longitude coordinates
Error setting local time time
Failed to retrieve time format from device
Failed to get site name from device
Failed to get tracking frequency form device
Could not process mount date and time: T00:00:00

I have aligned the telescope mount successfully before connecting to Kstars. What could be the problem and its solution?

It looks like the mount time is not updated by KStars. Can you check the KStars configuration (see the INDI section in the KStars settings) and verify that KStars is set to update the mount? Also repeating this with verbose logging to file would help.

I can see here from the indi settings that Kstars is set to update all devices. date and time are also ticked in.
