This would require some integration, but since INDI drivers must be client-agnostic, you need to work on establishing a standard property to pass this information back and forth. Assuming client does not support integration of this standard property, the driver should still function as is without any loss of functionality. There is already TLEs database in KStars so this can be added to the driver in a number of ways. Maybe in the details dialog for a satellite? or the context menu? there are many possibilities.
