Hi all,
yesterday night we had a problem with the skysensor driver. Every time we accessed the alignment module, down in the log area the message about the mount not supporting syncing kept appearing, and sure enough any attempt to plate solve, both with a.net and ASTAP would fail to recenter the object or sync the mount. The thing is, the mount IS actually capable, as it works with the lx200_generic driver. Even more strange, after using the lx200 driver for a bit and then reverting to the skysensor one, the message went away and the night was then smooth.
What could be the cause of this?
We were using the latest PPA stable on Ubuntu 19.10 running on a PI4 32bit.
