Hi,

How can I set custom slew speed for EQMod ? I tried to set it in INDI control panel as the attachment picture show.

But when I slew the mount, still move with slow speed.
After connect my mount to a windows version EQMod, it move really fast.

Thanks.

Hi knro
I update eqmod with version 0.2+r77.231~ubuntu15.04.1 , but mount still move in a slow speed, no matter how I set the custom slew speed.
Did I do it a wrong way ? set custom slew speed and slew the mount to a star.

And BTW, could you update ppa the make indi and astrometry support ubuntu 15.10 ? I try to install kstars-bleeding but fail because there is no indi-full and astrometry.

Thanks

The custom slew speed is when you move NSWE. The slew speed to target is decided by EQMod and is not set by the user. I updated indi-full and astrometry to build on 15.10

And compare to windows version EQMod, the speed of slewing to target is really slow.
What about speed it up a little ?

For me it's quite fast. What mount do you have? Can you enable full logging so we can see what's going on?

I use a home made mount and mount controller , I'll check my firmware first.
