Mount won't change pier side

Spent these last few nights having to manually flip my mount since my HEQ5 doesn't want to switch pier sides even when it's almost an hour past the meridian.

EKOS works fine in the fact once it's over 0.2 hours, it'll issue a slew command but like I say, the mount just doesn't want to switch and thinks it's fine.

I had it last night where even when I flipped the mount manually and solved, it still thought it was on the other side and proceded to slew back. I put it into the home position, cleared the mount model, synced to Polaris but it still happened

Is there a way to fix this?

Edit: Also to note, I'm running the latest nightly build of SM because there's a bug that's been fixed in one of the INDI drivers that on stable I can't use without my mount being erratic with guiding

Matt,

This is usually an issue related to wrong date/time/timezone or longitude/latitude in the mount or ekos. You should triple check those settings.

Sometimes also could be your mount confused about how its set up, fixed like this:

Just checked the location and time settings, all seem correct.

I'm out tonight so I'll have a look when it comes to doing the meridian flip

Cheers,
