I dont use StellarMate. But in the Nightly-Builds the Drivers are not net included.
Do you have a link to a little HowTo for build and compile it by myself? The environment should be installed. A friend of mine compiled a focuser-driver that he programmed.
Well, as the check-in from Jasem had be at 2am indeed the nightly builds might not yet be up to date
Compiling is basically as easy as calling cmake and make, as described in the readme (I think). It's more about installing without messing up the system packages.
I'm therefore creating real packages with a build script - but I'm using Tumbleweed (RPM based), so that wouldn't help you too much I'm afraid...
Ok. It seems, there is a new indilib. And I'm sure, that there is a HowTo install it from source.But can give some me hint, where I can find the ReadMe?

The new CEM40-Driver that is delivered with INDI 1.8.0 seems to work fine.
