Download this on your Mac and find a fresh SD card or if you don't have one, remove the one you have from the StellarMate device.

You may want to wait a couple of days as a new stable v1.50 will be posted soon and it addresses a number of issues.

Yes. And, I'm now downloading StellarMateOS. It's 2 Gb so it's going to take some time.

Ok, just now I downloaded balenaEtcher. But, I think I'll wait until StellarMateOS finishes its download before I proceed further.

The imaging app is straight forward to use. Just make sure you have the SD card selected as the target.

It will take another 30 minutes to write the image to the SD card and verify it.


Yes, only continue when the image is finished downloading. Keep the original image download file.

The first step is to "Select Image". Not sure what file that would be on my Macbook or what to download from the StellarMate website.

Is it the file... StellarMateOS_1.4.5_rpi3.img that I just downloaded from the StellarMate website?

It would be the large file you're downloading

When finished, open your Downloads folder on your Mac

Look for or search for a file like this - StellarMateOS_1.4.6.img.xz depends on the version available to you
