Celestron focuser won't stay connected

Celestron focuser won't stay connected was created by Brent

I have tried everything I can think of
1. new cables
2 fresh sd card flash of stellar mate
3 updated stellar mate to latest version with and without nightly build
upgraded power supply to deliver 5 amps of 12v to power the focuser

and it is so unstable it wont let me turn on debugging to get some logs......
