oaCapture - how to install?

Hello,
Unfortunately Ekos is not as good for planetary imaging as for DSO (at present stage).
In fact I gave it a try and my first Jupiter wasn't that bad...

I however want to try some more planetary-oriented applications.
There aren't many for RPI (I am using RPI4 with SM 1.5.4).
Firecapture and oaCapture.

Firecapture I installed following the instructions posted here.
It works but its GUI is very slow. Not usable.

oaCapture. I downloaded the deb file but can't install it.
stellarmate@stellarmate:~/Downloads $ sudo apt-get install oacapture.deb
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package oacapture.deb
E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'oacapture.deb'
E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'oacapture.deb'
stellarmate@stellarmate:~/Downloads $

Can anyone help me with this please?
Much appreciate in advance.

Hi Max,
slightly off topic here :-)
Assuming you have downloaded oacapture.deb into that directory where you want to issue the "apt-get install", I think you need to add a path to the package. Otherwise apt-get tries to get it from it's repositories.

Try
sudo apt-get install ./oacapture.deb

Wolfgang,
It's not "off topic". It's right on the topic.
I tried this and got the same result I got with "sudo dpkg -i oacapture.deb".
stellarmate@stellarmate:~/Downloads $ sudo apt-get install ./oacapture.deb

You might want to run 'apt --fix-broken install' to correct these.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
oacapture : Depends: libhidapi-libusb0 (>= 0.8.0~rc1+git20140201.3a66d4e+dfsg) but it is not installed
Depends: libqt4-network (>= 4:4.5.3) but it is not installed
Depends: libqtcore4 (>= 4:4.7.0~beta1) but it is not installed
Depends: libqtgui4 (>= 4:4.5.3) but it is not installed
Depends: libraw19 (>= 0.19.0) but it is not installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt --fix-broken install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

I guess, it's missing some dependencies... Sorry, I am a Linux idiot... How do I fix those? And why they are missing?
Thanks much!

OMG. Linux is a mystery to me...
Did some googling.

Ran "sudo apt-get install -f".
Some action happened.

Ran "sudo apt-get install ./oacapture.deb"
Only one dependency was missing this time. libraw19.
Installed that.
A lot of things happened.

To cut the long story short - oaCapture did get installed but wouldn't run (Segmentation fault).
KStars/Ekos are now gone...

Funny thing. A couple of months ago I tried Astroberry 2 since it had oaCapture preinstalled. On my older RPI3.
oaCapture didn't work there either with the same Segmentation error.
oaCapture doesn't like me...
