Make a mount slew completely avoid horizon areas configured in kstars by dividing the movement request into multiple sub-slew requests.

Make exceptions possible in the case of flat panels for instance. Or let the end-user carve a path inside the horizon areas :)

It sounds complex, but I get caught in hitting my Zenith limits all the time on large slews. This would be pretty cool. It really would only need one extra point to get around that in my case.

While thinking about this, I actually found that the horizon feature of KStars is not suitable, as those shapes must start and end on the horizon. So agreed, getting avoidance shapes as sky-only patches is capital for this.
