Add a field in Ekos capture window to manage/set offset was created by ALESSANDRO PENSATO

I would suggest to add a filed to set the offset value directly in the ekos capture window. Actuall I change it in the INDI control panel. This is good when change the binning value

actually I use raspbian and the packages provided by astroberry
