iEQ45 Powered UP.  GPS not yet locked (and never locked during test)
Set Zero position to North Zero using hand box.
Cloud Makers INDI Server and INDI Control Panel.
INDI Server contains iEQ45 Pro

	motion

(handbox setting was for park to be on the horizon. This was not)

Mount Info > GPS	On is checked, which agrees with handbox -- still
has not locked.
Mount Info Controller is checked - this makes sense since GPS is not
yet locked.
Hemisphere North is checked, which is correct.
I wonder if Site Management > UTC and Scope Location would update if
GPS were OK.  Still Handbox remembers correct UTC and Scope Locatoin
so those fields should correctly update rather than showing 00:00:00
throughout.
