RA is exactly a factor of 10 greater than RA reported on the Handbox.  Dec is correct.
Set RA to 70:00:00, Dec to 80:00:00	--- No mount motion
!!Set RA to 7:00:00, Dec to 80:00:00 --- Mount drove to 0:42:00 (a factor of 10 too small), Dec
is driving continuously - does not stop.
It appears that once a dec motion from Eq. Coordinates is attempted, it will then run
continously from Eq. Coordinates, Home, or Park.  Home and Park will send dec to the correct
position upon power up of mount and restart of server and control panel.

!!	the indicated time on the Handbox!  But UTC offset was set to 000.  Including UTC offset
	of the correct -360. along with a valid time did not restore -360.  Fixed from handbox.

	But a little later lat and lon on the handbox had been restored to the actual lat and long
	-- perhaps GPS, that is synced, automatically reset it?

When INDI Server is closed, newly set parameters in INDI Control Panel are lost.
