Format on Windows should use Windows separators. It will not overwrite unless configuration is deleted or configuration is reset to default. The default format for Windows should be this:
\%t\%T\%F\%t_%T_%F
Also, if you select directly, it should have the correct directory separator for Windows. This was not an issue before, but with the newly introduced placeholder system, it fails unless everything matches.
