I just downloaded KStars and started through the on-line tutorials. All is fine through Tutorial 5 with devices set up and working. Tutorial 6 starts with the Capture Module showing on the screen. When I select the Capture Module (Camera icon) from EKOS the window comes up completely greyed out. What could cause this?

I was not able to find that window but I can now run the camera.
KStars Toggle ECOS on. Start the INDI server. I was able to record individual images from the INDI control panel in ECOS and run in video mode!
The current sensor size and pixel size is reported with this server.
It looks like the internal INDI server in ECOS supports the ZWO ASI1600MM Pro, but this is internal to KStars/ECOS.
What about other applications depending upon an INDI server such as PHD2 or the Cloudmakers INDI control panel?

Other applications using the INDI Server do not complete downloads, KStars, and PHD2.
Settings via the INDI Control Panel look like this camera is not correctly supported.
The Camera WIDTH and HEIGHT settings give an error indicating the range is 0 to 0.
