There is a mount control window built into KStars. Should be accessible form one of the toolbars.
If you are looking for an external application, then look through the list of INDI Clients. For example, programs like Stellarium can control an INDI mount. If you are using EQmod INDI Driver, there is also a Linux application called EQModGUI.
