I have set my ADUs for flats for the ASI1600MM to 23,000 +/- 2000 ADUs.

The tolerance is really not that critical, as long as you are in the linear range and do not clip at either end.

As Jasem wrote, 20,000 - 25,000 is a good range also for the ASI1600.
