Tried balenaEtcher 1.4.9, still no luck. Then ran compatibility mode, and got it working. It took a lot longer to flash than the Win32, so I’m excited to see if ot works now.

Think I got the job done with Win32Diskimager
But I’m too unfamiliar with Quickhash to make any sense of what I’m doing trying to check if the download and new image is alright.
Bottom line, my RPi is still not producing any network, only the red power diode is lighting up, not even the wired connection lights up. I suppose they will only light up when the software is working...

Hi. I’m in the process of renewing my SD card with a fresh image. Using Win10 64bit on a W520 lenovo.
But etcher is not working at all. The user interface is basically just a white rectangle.
Pretty sure it’s the right dl, the website proposes latest one for win 64bit. Version 1.5.39
Also tried older version 1.1.2, same result.
Any alternatives to etcher out there?

Hi.
It’s been over a week without help for my Stellarmate connection issues. I have posted in a relevant thread, and I have followed instructions to e-mail support.
I specifically need a link to download a new image. I don’t have other options for connecting to my Smate. I see that another customer gets a link for download right away, then it’s a mystery to me, that I have to do it differently, and with no help so far... I understand if people are busy. But a short “we’ll get back to you” would do a lot.
I have also requested support from the Stellarmate-site, but so far no luck.
Please react to my query, I really want my Smate up and running.
