I can say anything hardware has changed (except for new Narrowband filters). I did an upgrade two weeks ago and it worked fine back on the 14th (yes it's been cloudy since... argh).
I did notice the last "Park" was a bit off, about 10-20 degrees from the real park position. So I should have been questioning it.
