I use the following for my VNC connection: 192.168.0.XXX:6080/vnc.html
Of course you have to use the IP of your connection... check your router to see what it is.

I've also noticed that if you are using a VPN, you might ahve troubles. I don't on my PC's or iPhone, but an android tablet doesn't like it.
