Hello, I purchased a new qhy163c ccd camera. There was a problem, possibly with a driver, unknown. Connected to rpi3, different images were installed (stellarmate, astroberry) the problem is apparently not in the systems. The camera is detected when connected, when I take a frame for more than 10 seconds, when loading from the server to the client, it hangs and it lasts a lot of time. On rpi3 usb 2.0, and qhy163c usb 3.0, maybe because of this a problem?

Hello! I noticed a little trouble in the planetarium on a laptop running windows. Turning on the DSS Color sky viewer all works well. If I connect to the remote raspberry pi3 equipment running stellarmate, then when the sky approaches the dss planetarium, images are not shown. What could be the reason? Thanks you!
